I figured I was close. But I was so wrong. Now I'm drinking lots more and it seems to be helping. Definitely try the Decleor Balm. It's wonderful! It's the first time I tried anything from them. I find that moisturising and exfoliating dont do a think to help my skin when its dry if im not drinking enought water. I definitely want to give the Decleor Balm a try too now.
