Today has been pretty hectic with life and living… which is always a good thing. So in getting ready for the weekend, I’ve put together some festive outfits.. red ruffles, black ruffles, beads, and red lipstick. I’m still not done turning all my clothes upside down. The blouse is an 80’s peplum blouse about 5 sizes too big, but I liked the fabric so I turned upside down. Turned around, the peplum becomes a giant neck ruffle… and of course I can’t just stop with one ruffle, but add two more, and possibly a third just to make a point.
Earlier I had a coffee with Carmen aka DigitalFemme, she just got back from the Philippines and brought back some crazy necklaces which she gave me two! And I was just saying I wanted more accessories….
Of course, I had to wear the necklaces right away, first wearing one of them as a stringy hat…but I’m not convinced quite yet… more later. Always wear necklaces in multiples, because when it comes to accessories, subltelty is not something I’m good at.
