Utilizing genetics… ie. my grandmother’s yellow plaid cape cira mid-20th century helps to blend in with the autumn leaves. If I stand still, you can’t see me (see last photo). Also I’m wearing lace tights, vintage knicerbockers and a Vivienne Westwood tie front sweater, and of course spectator pumps… which you really cant see, because they’re hiding in the leaves.
Now if you will excuse me, I’m off to make angels in the leaves. Have a lovely weekend!

I always love your style so much!!! The leaves look unreal! And I think you are definitely using your genetics to blend in
you’re so cute!
those shoes are super. Oh I could lay there and read all day on those crazy beautiful fall leaves. Cool shots Jennine!!!
Those knickerbockers are beyond excellent! I’ve been thinking about sewing a nice pair of breeches myself. : )
Just beautiful, including you!
Where I live we don’t have so many leaves on the floor just yet.
ooh wow! thank you for the lovely comments!
yeah, i’m so ecstatic over the leaes… it’s totally new to me, as it’s not so seasonal in california…
as far as knickerbockers… yep, i love them more than i though, so they’re probably a good investment!
cute, how your outfit blends in with nature around you. very nice coat!
Amazing coverlet! Mixed with the lacey tights…you can’t go wrong…all you need is a swift stallion to crunch around in the leaves with!
Again, the colors, the photography…so beautiful!
Cheers!
