swandiamondrose tote


SwanDiamondRose is one of those designers I noticed very early on in my blogging venture. Maybe two months in, I posted about her dresses, and she kindly replied ‘thank you’. I know it’s really a small thing, but to me it was huge, it was just enough encourage a small blogger posting endlessly into the abyss…

And luckily, we keep in touch… she’s become a lovely friend, and I was so happy to find in my mail box yesterday a brown rose quilted louche made especially for me! The note inside “I don’t know why, but I thought you might like brown” oh yes… well, it’s probably because it fits in with my monochromatic coloring, and I have lots of brown clothes. The bag is luscious in real life, nice texture in the sturdy fabric… a sturdy braided strap that I just love to hang on to, and the brass rings are perfect, not to mention the fact that it fits just about everything I could possibly carry.
