While I’ve been whittling away at the nerdy version of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) the other much sexier version of Sao Paolo art-rock band CSS (cansei de ser sexy… tired of being sexy) released a new album Donkey. Whilst I have been slow on the uptake hearing Let’s Make Love and being quite cautious of their art-rock hipster ways… I must say that’s I’m thoroughly addicted to the new Beautiful Song. It’s not ground breaking, but music doesn’t have to be if it makes you feel good, it’s done it’s job.

You know, I’d really like this band if it weren’t for the eerie spaceship sound in all their songs, a la The Twilight Zone.

Also, Death From Above 1979 is another one of my favorite bands (although sadly no longer together) wicked good dance-punk… try Black History Month ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvWiFd0EZIA&feature=related ), Blood on Our Hands ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOr3QsJpMZI&feature=related ) and oh who am I kidding I’d name every song they have
