To play devil&#039;s advocate, though: Keep in mind that some &quot;toxic&quot; substances are only toxic at higher concentrations than are legally present in consumer goods. (Vitamin A is a good example of this.) And just because something is &quot;natural&quot; doesn&#039;t make it&#039;s safe. Our best defense is to keep educating ourselves, and to seek information from a variety of reputable sources. (So ends the lecture from the science teacher...)</description>

		<description>i want  to learn all about this. but so far my problem is that with some particular items, the natural choices have been less effective. chapstick for one. and cuticle cream. i want to use these brands [won&#039;t name them] but they need to work. my other products are fine- shaving cream, hair products, face &amp; body moisturizer are no problem. sigh!</description>
