I cant give up my coffee im such an addict. I have been drinking loads of fresh lemonade and mineral water (together 1/3 lem. 2/3 mineral, serv chilled). My workplace has no AC (!) and it gets pretty hot, but I bust out the linen clothes and put my hair up for once. I use Body Shop Cooling leg gel - l'occitane makes one as well - to help cool down. That, and jumping in and out of a cold shower. Friday it is supposed to get cooler! It's nice to hear about a good all-natural brand of wipes. When I know I'm going to be dripping in the heat, I spray my perfume in my hair so it doesn't all slide off with my dewy glow. :) Haha, I sweat like a pig!
