But, for those of you who like what they're selling but can't afford it, I have some advice. Find the item you like from one of the popular sellers. Then do an eBay search to see if a less popular seller has one like it or similar to it. 9 times out of 10, you'll find it for a fraction of the cost! Rather than paying $300 to $400 for the flapper dress previously mentioned, the exact same dress (EXACT) can be bought from a seller who doesn't use live models for $34.00. That's a substantial savings. You can dress like the nasty gal or indy cult crowd without giving up your summer vacation to do it. I haven’t investigated the eBay vintage sellers in question, so I won’t knock them. But, for those of you who like what they’re selling but can’t afford it, I have some advice.

Find the item you like from one of the popular sellers. Then do an eBay search to see if a less popular seller has one like it or similar to it. 9 times out of 10, you’ll find it for a fraction of the cost!

They’re feedback is not tarnished because their customer base for the most part is too unknowledgeable when dealing with real vintage. Like most sellers. It would be nice if someone featured other sellers on eBay who are committed to selling a few select pieces and are actually knowledgeable and trustworthy with moderate prices.
