Today I woke up late… super tired from yesterday’s launch… I had to sleep at some point, a girl in her 30′s can’t look good on 4 hours sleep. Unless she has ‘help’ and I’m just not that kind of person.
So today, I’ve pulled together a super comfortable grey cashmere, cowlneck sweater, and a vintage pencil skirt. Since for some reason sensible black coats and jacket have avoided my wardrobe, I simply borrowed my boyfriends Fillipa K jacket. He wasn’t going to wear it today anyway.
The whole concept of effortless chic is somewhat of a mystery. How do people get up and spend less than an hour getting ready for work? And still look put together? Perhaps that’s for another kind of person… dames like me have to put effort in it.
