Lately, I’ve been feeling that looking at all these great designers has really affected the way I’ve approached fashion. Expression through color, silhouette, layering is really more complex than I initially thought in terms of conveying my feelings. Renata Morales, Mexican-born Canadian designer treats each piece as a work of art, and presents them in a similar fashion. I just have to say that I really appreciate the options, or ‘avenues of expression’ coming up with clothing as of late.
When they say ‘Fashion is Art’, you gotta believe it, and it will happen

hey! i went to Renata’s shop when i was in montreal in August! she had some amazing prints in the store – i recall a light pink twill with thin black pencil-like illustrations all over of a rather subversive pattern featuring angry looking girls. her shop is in a row of great modern design shops, and way far away from St catherine’s or other tourist dreck. definitely worth the trek!
Wow, those dresses definitely are craftsmanship!
AMAZING!
