According to the Aug/Sept issue of BUST magazine, Amy Winehouse uses Rimmel liquid eyeliner. <br/><br/>Personally, I never could master liquid eyeliner. And the pencil smears/melts within a few hours and I end up looking like a raccoon by noon. I pretty much gave up on eyeliner alltogether after 35, as the raccoon effect just made me look old and tired.
